Alexei Navalny celebrates an anniversary this week, a harvest festival, the three-year anniversary of the “Big cashing”. Exactly three years ago on December 8, 2016 at 19:44 Navalny and his consigliere Volkov opened bitcoin wallet number 3QzYvaRFY6bakFBW4YBRrzmwzTnfZcaA6E(hereafter — A6E) on with a tiny incoming transaction of 0.0096 BTC. On December 13, 2016 the concessionaires announced the launch of Navalny’s presidential campaign and published the number of bitcoin wallet A6E alongside bank account numbers on their website for “collection of donations”. Thus, quite explicitly began a secret State Department special operation for the continuous financing of Navalny’s activities in Russia with bitcoins. These guys covered up for the special operation by exaggerating 91-fold the “crowdfunding” myth.
See FLB investigation “Navalny’s Wallet”on how Alexei Navalny and Leonid Volkov created a tax evasion system and grossly violated the financial rules of international payment systems. Part 1. (February 7, 2017).
Three years later, wallet A6E is still working, with incoming “popular donations” for regional headquarters operations.
Remember that Leonid Volkov opened a second back-up bitcoin account — wallet number 3MQTRzttkMtsMEy9dRq4Sf1xiSsWKgQkyH(hereafter – QkyH). The wallet was registered on October 12, 2017 at 13:04 and was also used to receive financing from sponsors.
NAVALNY’S “DOUBLE-ENTRY” BOOKKEEPING. $4 MILLION IN 3 YEARS
Together with an FLB analyst we restored the accounting records of the “fighter against corruption” and the ideologist of this fantastic state of the “Beautiful Russia of the Future”/BRF. We counted the amount of money Navalny and Volkov received on their 2 accounts in 3 years.
Thus, according to, for the period from December 8, 2016 to December 1, 2019 638 bitcoins (637.972343 BTC) worth $3,295,532 or 206,613,630 rubles were transferred to wallet A6E. (I note that the USD/RUB exchange rate is calculated correctly for the day of each transfer.) There were a total of 2 584 incoming transactions.
As for Navalny and Volkov’s second wallet QkyH, for the period from October 12, 2017 to December 1, 2019 73 bitcoins (72.801041 ВТС) worth $678,309 or 40,004,776 rubles were transferred to this account in 613 incoming transactions.
Actually, this back-up account has not been in use since 02:49 July 7, 2019 when the last inflow of 0.000555 BTC was recorded.
In total, over the three-year period 711 BTC worth almost $4M ($3,973,841) or almost 250M rubles (246,618,407 rubles) were transferred to Navalny and Volkov’s 2 accounts by their kind and wealthy sponsors (so to speak, “patrons of democracy and progress”).
Summary table of incoming transfers to Navalny and Volkov’s bitcoin wallets A6E and QkyH from December 8, 2016 to December 1, 2019
For those interested in details we suggest to examine summary tables by year for each account:
Summary table of incoming transfers to bitcoin wallet A6E from December 8, 2016 to December 1, 2019 (2 584 incoming transactions)
Alexei Navalny was in his prime right after the inauguration of Vladimir Putin and in September during the “autumn offensive”. In May and June 2018 anonymous patrons «of true democracy and progress» transferred bitcoins to both of Alexei’s accounts amounting to $366 thousand and $251 thousand respectively. And in September, during the rallies «against the pension reform», Navalny received $275 thousand worth of bitcoin. It was the best of times for Navalny.

NAVALNY CROWDFUNDING MYTHS AND LEGENDS
It should be reminded, in the investigation “Crates full of bitcoins”journalists revealed Navalny’s secret blockchain financing scheme for the first time and exposed his main “crowdfunding” myth that his followers — schoolchildren, students and managers — incessantly made small donations of 500, 1000 or 1500 rubles to support Alexei’s great mission and that all his operations were funded solely by these tiny donations. Using the example of his 2018 «presidential» campaign we showed that 94% of bitcoin transactions to Navalny’s wallets were made by large sponsors, regularly transferring donations amounting to 50, 80, 100 thousand dollars, while only 6% were small “student” donations worth up to $500.
To demonstrate that this key trend has not changed, we calculated the ratio of large sponsor donations to small transfers for the three months of autumn 2019.
The ratio of small “student” donations to large sponsor transfers to A. Navalny’s account number 3QzYvaRFY6bakFBW4YBRrzmwzTnfZcaA6E from September 1, 2019 to December 1, 2019
For the period from September to December large transfers accounted for 91% of all incoming transactions. In just 20 transfers Navalny received 16.4 bitcoins worth $161 thousand dollars. At the same time, there were only 328 small “student” donations worth only $15 thousand dollars. This accounted for only 9% of Alexei Navalny’s bitcoin harvest this autumn. You can definitely feel the difference between 91% and 9%…
It should be noted that in the autumn, starting from October, Navalny’s inflows from «patrons» of true democracy and progress to wallet A6E were beginning to shrink. In October Alexei received only $4,500, and in November — $42,500. All this despite Navalny’s extensive work this autumn. (The point being that he and Leonid Volkov like to emphasise the mathematical dependence of the increase in the amount of “popular” donations on the activity of the Anti-corruption Foundation/FBK). And what do we see here? There were many high-profile investigations and very few donations, not even enough to cover quadcopter flights over the Rublyovka area…)
Incoming transactions to wallet 3QzYvaRFY6bakFBW4YBRrzmwzTnfZcaA6E in September, October and November 2019
In general, judging by cryptocurrency inflows to wallet A6E, we can conclude that in the West the Navalny Project’s stock has taken a dive. Judge for yourself — in 2017 anonymous patrons financed Alexei Navalny with $1.103M worth of bitcoin. In 2018 Navalny received $2.160M in donations. While in 2019 only $694 thousand were transferred.

Although, of course, most likely the sly Volkov and Navalny have opened a new secret bitcoin wallet. Otherwise the “fierce and uncompromising fighter against corruption” Alexei Navalny could not afford to follow his luxury revolutionary/bourgeois lifestyle, constantly attending elite parties and travelling abroad.
In fact, Navalny’s accountant Leonid Volkov recently boastedfrom abroad:
“I will not go into details — I don’t want to facilitate the work of the Bastrykin-Gabdulin gang — but all headquarters are operating (and the Anti-corruption Foundation/FBK as well), which means we are paying all the rent and salaries; we managed to develop a working and unbreakable infrastructure to continue collecting your donations (as you know, we have no other source of funding)”…
Volkov is as always obviously lying about “your donations” being the only source of funding, however he is right about the “unbreakable infrastructure”. Of course, it is still “unbreakable” since the whole secret financing structure makes use of blockchain. The narrow-minded Volkov once again blurts outthat “… your donations … are transferred in complex routes (for example, we have to work hard to turn bitcoin-transfers and PayPal donations into rubles, which can be used to pay the rent, salaries and taxes”).
Volkov and Navalny understand that the weakest point in their financing scheme is the cashing of bitcoins into rubles. This is the most criminal part of Leonid Volkov an Alexei Navalny’s cryptocurrency activities.
